Orders are shipped, with only a few exceptions, within two to three days of the order receipt date. If the item you selected is not in stock we will notify you and do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

 

Dr. Doormat, Inc. uses FedEx for all shipments, except for special cases. Our shipping/handling fee is charged per order. All shipping fees will vary according to your zip code and can be obtained by using the shipping calculator located on the checkout page. The length of time for Ground delivery is determined by your shipping zone. All shipments will be processed within one to two business days of order entry.

FedEx SmartPost: is a reliable cost-effective way to ship low-weight packages (9 lbs or less) to U.S. residential customers: 6-10 business days

Return Policy

At Dr. Doormat customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will do our best to meet our customers expectations with all of our products. We will refund or exchange any new, unused and undamaged merchandise. The item must be returned in its original condition with its original packaging and collateral materials. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.

Before returning an item please email us at returns@drdoormat.com or call 301-770-2002. When returning include your original order #, packing slip and your reason for return to ensure proper tracking of your package. All returns must be shipped to the following address.

If you should receive an item that is "defective on arrival", please contact us immediately so we can replace the item at our expense, or refund your purchase in full. See the Warranty page to read the details of our warranty.

Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted. Dr. Doormat will assume the "ship to" costs on any special promotions that offer ("free shipping") only on purchases that are not returned.
